Our guest speaker for April is Hayley Bennett
Positive Touch Therapy is a team of sport therapists specialising in sport injuries and sciatica. Treatments include sports therapy, sports massage, joint mobilisation, acupuncture, rehabilitation programmes, injury prevention advice and K taping. They work with athletes and patients from all over East Sussex.
They will address the biggest causes of neck and lower back pain that they see for desk based jobs, how to become more mobile and strong to prevent these pains.
