Come and discover the important work undertaken by the Sussex Wildlife Trust.

Ella Garrud, the Coastal Communities Officer at Sussex Wildlife Trust, will talk about the marine life of Sussex and the Trust’s marine conservation projects, including the Sussex Kelp Recovery Project. Ella is passionate about marine conservation and uses her understanding of marine ecosystems and the threats they face to inform her work in advocating for the conservation of marine life in Sussex. Ella uses her experience in environmental education to engage with various demographics in creative ways to improve ocean literacy and increase coastal connection in our local communities.

We are a friendly group who meet and chat in a relaxed environment. You don’t have to be a member of the Chamber, or a business in the centre, we welcome all local businesses from Newhaven and our surrounding towns. Car parking is free.
