We are delighted to announce that the Seahaven Business Awards 2026 will take place on Friday 8 May 2026 at a glittering Awards Ceremony and Dinner. Our celebrity host for the evening is John Young, a BBC presenter and reporter for over 30 years and we welcome our new Gold Sponsors, Quintessence Fragrances.
Our 2026 awards are now closed. Thank you for all your entries and nominations.
Over the next couple of weeks our judges will be considering all the entries and for those successful businesses, who make the final three places in each category, you will be invited to the Awards Ceremony and Dinner at the Amex on 8th May, 2026.

Best Tourism & Leisure Business – sponsored by Fine Marketing
Best Customer Service – sponsored by We Are Cleaners
Best New Business (under 2 years old as of 1/1/2026)) – sponsored by The Newhaven Enterprise Centre
Best Health, Fitness and Wellbeing Business – sponsored by Experience It Now Travel
President’s Award for Artistic Enterprise – sponsored by Mike Shorer Fine Jewellery
Three businesses will be shortlisted in each category.
Awards Ceremony and Dinner
All finalists will be invited to the Awards Ceremony and Dinner at Amex Stadium, Falmer on Friday, 8 May 2026. Our VIP guests will include the Deputy Lieutenant of East Sussex, Alan McCarthy, MBE, DL, and a representative from the Vietnamese Ambassador for the UK and Ireland. Our local MPs are unable now to make the event due to the local elections.

On the judging panel will be consist of Ana Christie, CEO of Sussex Chamber of Commerce, the three Chamber of Commerce Presidents from Seaford, Newhaven and Peacehaven; Cllr Leslie Boniface will now be standing in for James MacCleary, MP., and Cllr Paul Davies is standing in for Chris Ward, MP.
Closing date for nominations is Friday 13 March, 2026. The winners will receive trophies designed by Mike Shorer Fine Jewellery.
