We’re Quintessence – a global fragrance house – with our UK head office, factory and research centre based in Newhaven. We’ve been in the area since we first created fragrances for Anita Rodick and The Body Shop back in 1984. 

We’re a specialist fragrance house, creating incredible scents that tell a story and bring people together. We probably have a fragrance in your home right now: whether it’s a moody candle, a sensuous soap or your favourite perfume.  

We work in a tight-knit team across our international locations, from Shanghai to Mumbai, and New York to Dubai, and we still maintain our family roots.
