Newhaven Job Centre plus are seeking Employers who would be willing to conduct an interview with a customer from the Newhaven Job Centre.
The function of this opportunity will be:
(i) Improve the confidence of the job centre customer with regards to the interview experience
(ii) To develop the interview skills of the customer
There will be clear guidance given to employers participating in these sessions.
We would like employers to be able to commit to 1 hour – this will allow time for the interview to take place and for the customer to be debriefed.
In the 1st instance, we are looking for 5 employers who would commit to a session running on Tuesday 17th October. Arrival 10.45 Leaving approx 11.45. They are anticipating running this event on a monthly basis.
