A new free mini guide for visitors to Lewes district, featuring the area’s favourite attractions, is available from May 4.
It features the top ten ideas for places to visit in Lewes, Seaford, the Havens and rural areas and includes easy-to-use town maps as well as a district map for reference.
Cabinet Portfolio Member for Customer and Partners, Councillor Tony Nicholson, said: “It’s a fantastic guide and features not just well-known places to visit but also some real gems that are not so well-known. With so much to explore, it shows what a great place our district is.
“And you don’t have to be a visitor to enjoy the guide. If you’re a local resident wanting a bit of inspiration for places to see on your doorstep, this could be just what you’re looking for.”
The guide, which has been produced by Lewes District Council, is available from tourist information centres in Lewes and Seaford and Town Council offices in Newhaven and Peacehaven or visit staylewes.org
