In 2016 Gatwick opened its doors to representatives of the local community at a series of events where they could learn more about Gatwick and how they are leading the way in enhancing the experience of passengers and in managing a highly efficient and responsible airport.
They value good relationships with their neighbours and the wider community across the region and these events provide an important opportunity for open dialogue. The feedback from attendees at these events was very positive, so they are now launching their Discover Gatwick programme for 2017/18. We are pleased to invite members of the Newhaven Chamber of Commerce to attend one of these ‘behind the scenes’ events to learn more about the operational aspects of the airport on Tuesday 10th October.

They will ensure that the agenda (which we anticipate will run from approximately 9am to 2pm) will allow time for questions and discussion as this provides an important opportunity for them to understand the key areas of interest from community representatives.
